Order Timeline
Get a clearer picture of how early you need to send your kit to us. Dates are based on UK Mainland collection and usual festival period Friday -> Sunday. However in the booking flow you will see latest collection dates for your selected festival

Book with Festiship at minimum 5 days before your festival. This ensures we have plenty of time to get your gear from your collection spot and to our warehouse, safe and sound.

We load up our transport at FestiShip HQ and start our journey to the festival grounds and get set up, ready for collections from the moment the gates open.

It's party time! Rock up to the festival, collect your gear from one of our collection points by showing us your booking QR code and set up camp in no time and with no bad backs!
Collection Process
Collection couldn't be simpler! Just show us the QR code you were given when making the booking from your FestiShip account, we will scan it, locate your gear and get it to you ready for security checks ASAP.
- No Fuss Collection
- Simply just show us your booking QR code to scan and we will locate your kit and pass it to our security team. Don't have your QR code? No worries we can look up your order in a variety of ways like name, email & collection address.
- Security Checks
- To ensure all guests at the festival remain safe and adhere to the festivals prohibited items guidelines we have to carry out a mandatory security check of your gear, this wont take long and will be the same process as if you were coming through the entrance with your bags.
- 24 Hour availability
- We will be operating the whole festival period with team members always on hand so don't worry about being late!
